A blend of noble Frankincense resin, with a delightful, fruity, uplifting aroma.
Perfect for special occasion worship.
To release the aroma contained within the resin pieces into the air, tree resins have to be exposed to high heat.
Place Frankincense resin on a lit charcoal tablet that has been placed on sand in a fireproof vessel, or in an electric incense burner.
The Ancient Frankincense Route
Both Frankincense and Myrrh Tree Gum resins have been traded on the Frankincense route since ancient times.
They were exchanged for pure gold, and treasured for their exquisite aromatic, medicinal and spiritual qualities.
The purifying and spiritual effects of burning Frankincense and Myrrh resins has been incorporated into religious ceremonies of many faiths.
The 3 Magi Wisemen
Our beautiful, highly aromatic ceremonial Frankincense Incense Blends are inspired by the lore of the 3 Magi Wisemen.
The ancient Magi were a Zoroastrian hereditary scholar and priest caste, that originated in the Persian Empire, and spread to the greater Middle Eastern and Asian region.
They were proficient in many sciences, including Astronomy.
The word "Magic" originates from the term for the Magi caste.
The Biblical Magi, popularly referred to as the 3 Kings, or the 3 Wise Men, trekked through many countries, following the astronomical route of a star, to visit the infant Jesus, bearing gifts of adulation: the precious raw materials Frankincense and Myrrh tree resins, as well as Gold.
